Highlights:

The 30/70 Amptek profile gives this board a good combination of edge hold with the 30% camber between the inserts and flotation and maneuverability with the 70% rocker in the tip and tail. The added fiberglass laminate also adds some needed torsional stiffness without sacrificing weight. The true twin profile makes for easy switch riding as well.

Things to consider:

The softer flex and minimal camber on the Alias can lack some stability for heavier more aggressive riders but you can always size up to help with that. Although the Alias does have a good amount of rocker, you do sacrifice some floatation with the lack of taper in the tail.
