Fiberglass is then added to increase torsional stiffness for edge grip on firm snow as well as contribute more longitudinal stiffness for energy and power in carved turns. Rectangular sidewalls running the full length of the ski bolster edge grip as well as longitudinal stiffness for added on-Groomers performance. Air Tip removes weight from the tips of the skis to lower the swing weight and improve overall maneuverability when in off-Groomers terrain.
