The 2025 Volkl Revolt 90 is a freestyle twin tip that employs the use of a simple construction and moderate flex to provide a park ski that is stable and versatile enough to excel all over the mountain. Poppy and reactive, the Revolt 90 leaves nothing left on the table in terms of transitioning between the park and exploring all that the mountain has to offer. Creativity is the main story here as you can bring the park to the rest of the mountain and vice versa.

Why we like it:

Competition level construction with a symmetrical sidecut puts it squarely into the park and pipe category but there is more to this ski’s performance than that with versatile all-mountain capabilities. Very stable with loads of edge grip, the Revolt 90 does a great job at tracking through rutted up takeoffs and blown-up landings.

Who it's for:

Intermediate to professional level park and pipe competitors looking for a strong ski that can take big impacts and inspire confidence when dropping into big sends.

Highlights:

Volkl’s Multilayer Wood core made up of poplar and beech provide targeted attributes to specific portions of the ski such as light weight, strength, durability, and vibration damping. Generous camber underfoot supplies crazy amounts of pop for takeoffs and out of carved turns. A twin tip shape opens the door for switch skiing and landing switch off of various jump sizes.

Things to consider:

If you are a freestyle park skier that enjoys butters and presses and prefer a softer flexing twin tip, there are more smeary choices that would suit your style more. The Revolt 90 is quite strong so they are geared more towards bigger impacts and extremely quick hot laps where flat landings are the norm. A symmetrical sidecut makes for an excellent park ski but this characteristic doesn’t always translate well to a directional all-mountain format so if that describes you as a skier, there are plenty of better options out there.
