Adding metal, along with a new shape and profile, brings performance-driven precision to a creative, maneuverable all-mountain ski, and it gives this one a far more universal appeal than the Kore has had before. Because this is a demo binding, it's highly adjustable to accept a broad range of boot sizes.

The new construction puts the Kore 100 Ti squarely into the one-ski-quiver conversation. It's got the versatility and the power for the majority of conditions, and it's still fairly light and friendlier than most of what sits in the two-sheets-of-metal category.

Advanced to expert skiers after a powerful directional freeride ski are the target audience here.

Highlights:

As the name says, metal features in a big way, with two full sheets of titanal laminate taking center stage for a robust build and powerful soft-snow performance. It'll leave deep trenches on a groomer day, but once the snow stacks up a 100 mm waist with a tapered tip, a long radius, and a wide tail turns playful and drifty. Head works in Flax to deepen the damp feel, and a Graphene laminate carries over some of the precision and quickness of the previous iteration. A demo binding tops it off, with adjustability that accommodates a broad range of boot sole lengths.

Things to consider:

Fans of the previous generation of Kore may need some time to adjust. The Ti version leans on the damp quality of metal for support rather than on the stiffness of the carbon that was used before.
