DESCRIPTION

Returning for another season, the 2026 Nordica Wild Belle DC 84 with TP2 11 LT bindings continues to blend the best of frontside precision with a touch of all-mountain adaptability. At 84 mm underfoot, it sits right at the intersection of the carving and all-mountain categories, but with a clear lean toward on-trail performance. With a confident edge and smooth feel, this ski is built for women who love to arc turns and stay connected to the snow.

Why we like it:

It’s stable and energetic without being demanding. The Wild Belle 84 makes powerful carving more approachable and less fatiguing, even at higher speeds.

Who it's for:

Advanced women skiers who spend most of their time on groomers but want a ski with just enough versatility to handle variable snow and mixed terrain.

Highlights:

Built with Nordica’s Double Core construction, the Wild Belle 84 uses a Pulse Core elastomer layer sandwiched between two wood cores to tame vibration and keep things quiet and composed, even when you're skiing hard. The shape and profile play to a women’s natural stance, enhancing balance and edge engagement, and letting skiers drive confidently into the turn while reducing fatigue throughout the day. A slight tip rocker gives the ski intuitive turn initiation and added agility in mixed snow, rounding out a design that feels energetic yet stable on a variety of firm surfaces.

Things to consider:

The Wild Belle 84 DC is very much a frontside-focused ski. Skiers who spend a lot of time exploring off-trail, in deeper snow, or who prefer a looser, more playful feel will likely find this ski a bit too directional and precise for their liking. Its strength lies in carving and edge hold, not floatation or smeary maneuverability. Additionally, intermediate skiers or those who prefer a laid-back approach may find the Wild Belle 84 too much ski.

Fit & sizing considerations:

These skis run true to size. Skiers who prioritize responsiveness in tighter terrain can size down without compromising too much stability, while those seeking edge grip and top-end stability should stick with their usual length.

Felt too long, I should have gone with a size down.

Best in groomed terrain.
Felt too heavy.
Overal Impression
Really nice ski for making medium and long radius turns on groomed terrain. Felt easy and effortless. A little more difficult to make shorter radius turns. Felt stiff and stable underfoot, a little heavier than I would like, but overall a great ski for carving on some groomers.
