2026 Rossignol Forza 20 Ltd Skiswith Rossignol Evo 70 HV+ Boots and Poles

Clean turns without a steep learning curve are the point of the Rossignol Forza 20 Ltd. This carving-focused frontside ski emphasizes quick edge engagement and a smooth, repeatable turn shape, giving it a lively feel at the speeds most trail skiers actually ski. It's an approachable way to start figuring out what carving really feels like. We paired the Forza 20 Ltd with the Rossignol EVO 70 HV+ because this boot offers excellent performance and comfort, with a forgiving flex that’s supportive but not overwhelming, along with a comfortable liner that keeps feet happy and warm for distraction-free progression.

Who it's for:

Trail skiers at a beginner to intermediate level who want to start carving properly. It fits skiers who ski at moderate speeds and want the ski to feel lively at those speeds rather than only coming alive when pushed.

Things to consider:

Being carving-focused, it has no meaningful range beyond the groomed run, and a skier who wanders into soft snow will notice. A stronger skier will also find its limits quickly, since the tuning favors approachability.

Fit & sizing considerations:

Choose the length by the speed you're comfortable at rather than by ambition, since a carving ski at a manageable length teaches faster than a long one that resists finishing a turn. Most skiers at this stage do well slightly under their height.
