2026 Rossignol Super Black Ops Open Skiswith Marker Griffon 13D Demo Bindings

Like-New Condition!
The 2026 Rossignol Super Blackops 98 with Demo bindings is a high-performance freeride all-mountain ski that blends power, stability, and versatility. A waist in the high nineties and a twin rocker profile give it edge grip on hardpack and effortless float once the snow softens, and it's built for advanced skiers who want precision and control across varied terrain. The demo binding handles the fit side of the equation, with an adjustment range that spans a wide spread of boot sole lengths.

Why we like it:

The Super Blackops 98 stands out for charging through diverse conditions without giving up its playfulness. The construction delivers a damp, stable ride that inspires confidence at high speed, and it stays agile enough for quick maneuvers.

Who it's for:

Advanced to expert skiers who want a versatile all-mountain ski that works in groomed and off-piste conditions alike. It's ideal if you appreciate a ski that'll handle aggressive carving as readily as a spontaneous freeride adventure or even a park lap.

Highlights:

A PEFC certified Poplar Wood Core gives the Super Blackops 98 a strong, responsive platform, reinforced by a Titanal Beam that improves power transmission and edge grip without adding unnecessary weight. The shape pairs a 98 mm waist with turn radii that run short in the smaller lengths and long in the biggest, a dynamic blend of maneuverability and long-radius stability. The Twin Rocker profile delivers float and pivotability in variable snow, making the ski easy to smear, slash, and keep nimble in tight terrain, while Rossignol's Rectangular Full Sidewall construction keeps edge control precise and contact consistent through the turn and the Sintered HD Base adds durability and smooth glide. A demo binding tops it off, with adjustability that accommodates a broad range of boot sole lengths.

Things to consider:

Versatile as the Super Blackops 98 is, the robust construction and the heft that comes with it can be demanding for lighter or less aggressive skiers. If you want a more forgiving ride, a softer flex profile is worth a look.

Fit & sizing considerations:

It skis somewhat true to size, perhaps a touch longer than its stated length. The long effective edge and tame tip and tail rocker mean that skiers after more maneuverability should go down if they're between sizes, while anyone chasing stability at higher speeds on and off trail should go longer.
