As one of the strongest and fastest carvers in the Disruption series, it comes as no surprise that the K2 Disruption MTi Ski is back by popular demand and, aside from an updated graphic, will return unchanged for the new season. With a titanal-powered construction, a narrow waist, and a turny ride, the Disruption MTi emulates the build and performance of a world-class frontside charger without the race-ready pedigree of its Ti2 counterpart. As a result, the Disruption MTi becomes a bit more recreationally focused, with a wider platform for more balance and approachability. Its Titanal I-Beam construction remains equally as powerful and does a lot of the heavy lifting in terms of power and stability, while its Maple and Aspen core provides an exceptionally stiff foundation for responsiveness, precision, and control. When combined with an 18.1-meter turn radius at the 175cm length, the Disruption MTi boasts a turnier ride than its Ti2 brethren and feels most at home when carving mid-size arcs on firm terrain. Its generous camber profile, flat tail shape, and wider waist give the K2 Disruption MTi Ski a tremendous sense of edge hold that never wavers, weakens, or wanes.
