The powder-seeking, pillow-popping Line Pandora 110 is back for the 2023 season, carrying forth the same tried and tested construction, shape and profile from 2022 yet boasting a new, colorful graphic. The ultimate powder ski, the Pandora 110 is the widest model in the Pandora collection, eager to effortlessly float atop deep snow and smear surfy turns. Landing itself amongst some of the top powder ski contenders, freeride enthusiasts will love the friendly demeanor of these skis, with the perfect blend of light weight, playfulness, and power achievable upon every turn. With generous tip and tail rocker and less camber underfoot, this 110 mm underfoot pow slayer will provide you with the ideal foundation for those days that only exist in your dreams. While the shape and profile contribute heavily to the Pandora 110’s personality, the construction plays into it as well. Built with Line’s Partly Cloudy core, they feature a blend of Paulownia and maple wood, giving you a strong and stable foundation yet with lightweight qualities.

We were fortunate enough to receive intel from Line athlete Hadley Hammer, providing us with feedback from many drool-worthy days in deep snow. She skis the 178 and gets maximum surface area because of it. She gave the ski all 5's and told us "To be fully transparent, I was a part of the development of this ski so while it may seem obvious that I give it 5-stars all around, I think it actually speaks to how hard we worked on making this ski great. The Pandora series was always missing a wider and longer option, and now it feels like the collection is complete. Like the other members of the family the ski has that magic mix of playfulness and stability." We're certainly not going to hold it against you, Hadley, and we love the insight!

From our talented team, Alli Ruschp skied the 170 and though she found it skied true to size, it was on the longer side at this width for her personally. However, she did say “in fresh powder, you’re looking for that type of feeling—it just didn’t really happen on test day.” While we aren’t always graced with an epic powder day for our ski test, we are still grateful for the conditions and terrain we have to get a good feel from each ski. Alli scored the ski 5’s out of 5 for flotation and playfulness, with 4’s given for forgiveness and overall impression. “Really fun shape and profile for deeper snow. The soft stuff we had was pretty spring-like, so it’s tough to get a good read, but for the most part, it’s an impressive ski that turns easily for how big it is, and I really like the maneuverability, again, for how big it is.” Those caveats are important to note, as we’re not usually looking to a 110 to rip through icy moguls or super-tight trees. For a 110, it sounds like Alli was pretty stoked.

While we can confidently place the Line Pandora 110 in the powder ski arena, it most certainly is not limited. It’s noteworthy to point out this ski’s relatively short turning radius and highly maneuverable shape, putting it into a league of its own.
