The 2023 Nordica Enforcer 110 Free is an amazing choice for expert skiers who spend most of their time in fresh, soft, and deep snow. Thanks to the construction, shape, and profile, these skis will stay on top of anything, making clean and round turns the whole way down. The Enforcer line from Nordica is a brand within a brand at this point, and the 110 is the second-widest and most bouncy of the bunch. The 115 is a bit more heavy-duty, while the 104 has more all-mountain prowess, but the 110 fits nicely in the freeride zone, with a lot to like on all ends and accounts. Built with a lighter wood core and two sheets of metal, these skis are all there, yet are surprisingly compliant and flexible when it comes to making arcs on the descent. The lighter wood makes sense in this width, as it does keep the skis somewhat manageable and maneuverable. It's nice to be able to flex into the ski and access the sidecut, creating a more turny and surfy ski rather than one that just beats you up all day. Built with a friendly rocker profile, these skis will stay up and on top of any amount of fresh snow, and make it easy and fun to smear and slarve when the skiing gets deep.

On the 185, Bob St.Pierre notes that "while it skis true to size, I'm more of a 191 skier, but totally had a blast on this shorter model. The rocker profile does make it more maneuverable, but I wouldn't go so far as to say it makes it shorter, especially if you're using it in its intended powdery conditions." Makes sense, and if you do get on this on firmer snow, the profile will make it short, but in the powder, the skis lengthen and adjust accordingly by design. Bob scored it 5's out of 5 for flotation, stability, quickness, maneuverability, playfulness, forgiveness, and overall impression. That's a lot of 5's for a 110, and we're stoked to see it. Bob states that the Nordica Enforcer 110 Free "feels a lot quicker than I thought it would, and makes much rounder turns than I was expecting. Very high wiggle-factor as well, especially for a ski with two sheets of metal. I'd like to thank the rocker profile for that. While a bit of a handful for our tight trees here in Vermont, I think this would slay the wider zones of the west, as it does our more open trails. Even so, it's pretty darn nimble, all things considered. I'd prefer the 191 with the longer turn radius for most conditions and terrain, but if you need a 110 in the east, this is one of the more agile ones for sure." While there aren't many days that us easterners need a 110, if you have one and it snows a lot, it's very nice to have.

On the 177, Noah Labownotes that it's perfect for him, and he's a big fan of these wider skis with turned up tails due to his freestyle background. He scored the ski 5's out of 5 for flotation and stability, with 4's going for overall impression, torsional stiffness, edge grip, and forgiveness. So far, it's pretty impressive to see what kind of scores we're getting for these 110's as they're pretty darn high overall. Noah states that he loves the Enforcer 110 and notes that it's a "great hard-charging twin tip with good edge hold and stability. I find it best when going fast and making big turns because it's super-stable." I also really like how Noah calls it a "twin tip," and I'm not disagreeing, but a lot of that splay comes from the rocker rather than a freestyle influence, but potato/potahto. On the 185,Harrison Gorham had kind of a rough go on the ski. He scored it a 5 out of 5 for flotation, with 4's leading the rest of the charge. He notes that it's a "great ski. I hurt my knee on it, so I don't have great feedback, but it wasn't the ski's fault." Speedy recovery for Harrison, and nice to know that he doesn't blame the inanimate object for his pain.

In the modern freeride world, it's amazing and awesome to have a ski like the 2023 Nordica Enforcer 110 Free. These things light it up in a wide variety of conditions and terrain, and if it snows, I can't think of too many skis that have a leg up on these 110's. While ideally suited for fresh snow, it's surprising how versatile and agile these skis are. For an Enforcer, they're more playful and fun-loving, but you can still tell that the performance is right at the top of the list.
