2027 Nordica Enforcer 104

ski test sidebar

The 2027 Nordica Enforcer 104 gets a graphic update but returns otherwise unchanged. This burly ski turns impossibly well for the width and weight, feeling like a super-composed ski on your feet. At the same time, it’s still eager to turn, so while you don’t have to fight it in the carve, you do have to hold on. This puts the Enforcer 104 in more of an advanced and expert class. Further, aggressive skiers will have more success here as they do like to be driven with intent and purpose. Nordica’s use of a sturdy wood core and multiple sheets of metal make for a highly damp and stable feel while the shape keeps the ski feeling on the spry and energetic side. While not a playful freeride ski, it is a hard charger, and that’s what we like about it.

Nordica uses a thick core and a lot of titanal to make this ski go. Built with Nordica’s performance wood core and two sheets of metal, this ski is all there. The metal doesn’t go full width anymore, rather it tucks in about 2 mm on either side to create a bit less demand and a bit more flex. We also get a pulse core laminate underfoot that helps dampen vibrations. These skis are stiff overall, and very consistent from tip to tail. The 185 cm length sits on the scale at a stated 2200 g/ski, putting it on the heavier side of the spectrum. Tester Brad Schauermann notes that “This ski skis like an enforcer! Super solid in all conditions and terrain. They are not the best at any one thing but are the best for everything. These skis are great on all terrain and snow types. The fact that a 104 waisted ski can hold an edge on ice as well as this speaks to how well it's built. These skis rule!”

The Rocker / Camber / Rocker profile of the 2027 Nordica Enforcer 104

This is a directional, wide-bodied charger that loves speed. While the shape and profile of the ski leans more to all-mountain performance over fun freeride, it stands to reason that the ski isn’t too dramatically rockered. With measurements of 136/104/125 in the 185, we get a turn radius of 19-meters. While many skiers find that it turns better/shorter than that number indicates, it’s also capable of running a lot longer and faster. Matt Stromecki states: “I love this thing every time I get on it! It's a bulldozer that likes to go fast and flat-out trench turns. There is loads of edge grip and enough width to stand on it no matter what the conditions are. They are not quick, but you can go so fast without realizing it. It wants a lot of energy and power to be put into it, if you don't, they will ski you.”

Super solid in all conditions and terrain. They are not the best at any one thing but are the best for everything.
Brad Schauerman

Aggressive skiers fare the best when on the Enforcer 104. These skis are sturdy, smooth, and incredibly powerful. They’re capable of very aggressive skiing and high speeds. Best on the feet of advanced and expert skiers, the Enforcer 104 is truly a sight to behold. There’s little to no chatter, and they’re as predictable as it comes. Full confidence comes standard when using the Enforcer 104.
