The Volkl Shine 76 is a fantastic option for intermediate skiers who are looking to progress and advance their skills. Since the Shine 76 falls under Volkl's purview, it's certainly getting a good amount of technology and sophistication from an on-piste perspective. Built with a wood core and a central sidewall construction, these skis are easy to turn and have wonderful energy. They're not burdened by metal, so they have an approachable feel to them. This allows for easy progression and positive feedback when linking carved turns. They have a lot of energy and rebound but can still be used at slower speeds and at more of a moderate pace.
