When it comes to versatility and approachability, it’s hard to top the Atomic Maven 93 C. Existing amongst a crowded category of women’s all-mountain ski, there is a reason this ski sits near the top of the list. Striking an impressive balance between forgiveness, stability and liveliness, it’s no wonder Atomic stuck with the same recipe for the 2025 season. Aside from fresh graphics, the same build and shape returns and those who want a predictable ride with endless options on the mountain will be thrilled. Boasting an all-mountain shape with a wide range of capabilities, the Maven 93 C is comfortable on just about any terrain. From effortless grip and stability at speed to lively energy and responsiveness, the breadth of strengths makes this ski highly attractive and approachable for skiers of all ability levels.

Built with Atomic’s lightweight Omatic core, consisting of a poplar wood core and two fiberglass laminates, it delivers an energetic but consistently damp feel that encourages performance both on and off trail. To stiffen the flex and reinforce the overall foundation, carbon stringers act to provide stability and liveliness while keeping the weight to a minimum. The inclusion of carbon is what really sets the Maven apart, giving it noticeable sprightliness. In the 172 cm length, it comes in at 1630 grams, which is impressively light given how stable and responsive it is. Annie Macdonald pointed out they were “super light and playful! Good all over flex for being so light. Stiff but forgiving… easy to turn.” Precisely what Atomic was trying to achieve, it's great when testers experience that balance of strength and agility. For soft snow maneuverability and agility, Atomic’s HRZN tech tips are incorporated in the build, acting as a boat hull and providing smooth, predictable performance and greater mobility in the shovels. To round out the construction, Atomic adds in duracap sidewalls to enhance edge grip and performance on-piste.
The Rocker / Camber / Rocker profile of the 2025 Atomic Maven 93 CFor the shape, we’re getting a really nice all-mountain design here, with 20% tip rocker, 70% camber, and 10% tail rocker. This is an ideal shape for soft snow performance as it prevents the tip from diving under and provides effortless maneuverability. With nice energy out of the tail while maintaining solid control and edge hold, the camber underfoot makes for a longer effective edge. Playful but predictable, you can really lean into a turn and rely on the sidecut while energetically transitioning from edge to edge. A 17.9-meter turn radius allows for smeary, drifty turns without limiting you and leaving plenty of room for quick turns thanks to both the shape and build. Macky Young found that it “does well in moguls, fresh snow, groomers because of the camber and lightweight nature.” A true testament to its versatility, the Maven 93 C is a great daily driver.
Given the lightweight, accessible nature of the Maven 93 C, it is a great option for progressing intermediates up to advanced level skiers. Appealing to those looking for a responsive, maneuverable all-mountain tool, it would also be a great hybrid touring ski. Whether you’re looking to cruise the groomers or bounce through soft snow and off-piste terrain, this ski can do it all with ease and confidence.
